Board Support Team
We manage the preparation of annual budgets and provide investment income support. Our team facilitates the preparation for audits (both half-year and full-year) and handles BEN expense reporting and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. We also provide full bookkeeping services.
In addition, we manage IAS & BAS submissions, prepare income tax returns, and oversee various insurances such as management liability, business, commercial property, motor vehicle, workers compensation, and bankers' comprehensive coverage.
One of our key responsibilities is the preparation and submission of the Annual LVM reports to ASIC, a critical task that ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and maintains the organization's standing with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
In addition to regulatory reporting, we oversee the production of the annual report, a comprehensive document that highlights the company's performance, achievements, and strategic direction over the past year. This report is a vital communication tool for shareholders, investors, and other stakeholders, providing transparency and insight into the company's operations.
The team also conducts biennial share register reviews, ensuring that all shareholder information is accurate and up-to-date. To further support shareholder engagement, we assist in the production of shareholder newsletters and may also manage the distribution of dividends.
Our team has experience using the Community Impact Hub (Smarty Grants); the latest CEF platform that streamlines the application and management process for community grants. This allows us to efficiently support various community investment programs, ensuring that resources are allocated to initiatives that align with each company’s values and goals.
The team also handles community contributions reporting, ensuring that all investments and donations are accurately documented and communicated. Additionally, we compile and review the quarterly CIP register report. This reporting is crucial for maintaining transparency and accountability, demonstrating the tangible benefits of our community initiatives to both the board and the broader public.
Through these functions, we ensure the board operates efficiently and complies with all regulatory requirements, thereby contributing to the overall success and governance of the company.
