Bronwyn is passionate about knowledge management and business improvement. A qualified engineer whose career has included consulting, administration and management roles. The past six years of Bronwyn's career have been providing Company Secretary and executive support to Community Bank company boards, including the past three years building the CB-Virtual Solutions business. A dedicated advocate for leveraging technology, Bronwyn continually explores innovative ways to enhance CBVS support through automation and digital solutions. Her overarching goal is to make professional governance and board support services accessible to all Community Bank boards, irrespective of their location through virtual technology.

Joy is a Company Secretary with more than 30 years of corporate administration experience. Initially starting her career in banking and moving on to a degree in librarianship and a post-graduate degree in Applied Corporate Governance. Joy has strong process, systems and executive support skills.

Joy leads the CBVS Company Secretarial team that provides support in the areas of board and committee meeting management, compliance and governance, franchise agreements and risk management.

Rochelle has over two decades of experience in leadership roles, including as a company secretary and board director. Specialising in company secretarial and administrative support, she excels in business process analysis, system development, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards.

Karma's background in banking, finance and process improvement means that she has a deep understanding of the mechanics of Community Bank income and expenses. As a certified bookkeeper, Karma has an eye for detail and is especially passionate about reconciliations and making sure everything balances.

William comes from a background in operations and coordination, with experience managing high-pressure environments in the film industry. At CB-Virtual Solutions, he oversees internal systems and operating procedures, and manages both client and employee onboarding and offboarding. William’s focus on efficiency and process management ensures smooth operations and strong client outcomes.

Amy is responsible for coordinating all aspects of CB-Virtual Solutions service delivery. From triaging client mailboxes, keeping an eye on corporate calendar activities, to giving team members a friendly reminder to submit timesheets - Amy is like the conductor of an orchestra. Having worked in time-sensitive freight management services for the medical industry, Amy is adept at resolving issues and identifying bottlenecks.

Taylah is a bright young woman who is extremely competent with technology, business systems and social media. She is our go-to-girl for getting things done. Taylah is the CBVS ‘all rounder’, with experience in all aspects of our support model.
